We have formed the planning committee and our first meeting is Friday, January 14, at 1:00pm, at St. Thomas of Villanova. We have less than two months, but many capable hands both locallly and throughout the Vicariate have offered to help!
For instance, we have garnered help in getting in touch with all 54 parishes in the vicariate, we have contacted several publishers in regards to getting permission to print temporarily the sheet music for our song selections (which of course have not been selected yet, but we are preparing for GIA, OCP, WLP and others), and we are starting to plan hospitality and logistics. All in all a big task, but for a wonderful cause!
